First they say... and then you say...

When Conservatards say, "The surge worked", you say, "Worked how?".

Then they say, "To win the war".

Then you say,” According to the new Iraq Constitution, Islam is now the "national religion".

Then they say, "Oh no, that was the OLD constitution". Then you show them the new Iraqi constitution and tell them that with the support of the US government, the Christian population has been decimated from one half to two thirds since 2003".

Then they say, "There were never any Christians in Iraq".

Then you say, "Christianity is older than Islam, there were Christians in Iraq before there were Muslims".

Then they say, "Christians are now free".

Then you say, "No, they are being exterminated".

Then they say, "Well, with the money Iraq will get from oil, they can move to a better place".

Then you say, "No, there are no plans to share oil revenue with Christians. The new Iraqi government put into place with our support has already said no".

Then they say, "You liar, we liberated them and made Iraq a free country".

Then you say, "No, Iraq is now headed by the Supreme Islamic Council".

Then they say, "Iraq is now our friend".

Then you say, "No, Iraq said we weren't invited and have asked us to leave".

Then they start swearing and saying you want us to fail and you hate the US and you support the terrorists and ....

Then you just walk away. What else can you do? Even a crowbar could get that head out of that a...

From the New Iraqi Constitution:

Article (2):

1st — Islam is the official religion of the state and is a basic source of legislation:

(a) No law can be passed that contradicts the undisputed rules of Islam.

2nd — This constitution guarantees the Islamic identity of the majority of the Iraqi people and the full religious rights for all individuals and the freedom of creed and religious practices. (within Islam)

Article (3): Iraq is a multiethnic, multi-religious and multi-sect country. It is part of the Islamic world and its Arab people are part of the Arab nation.
