Keith Olbermann: She clearly gives a great speech... as for the content....?
Chris Matthews: Surprised at what I saw. I thought they wanted an alternative to Hillary. Not one time did I think of Hillary, nothing in common. She offered a rejoinder to Obama. A torpedo at the ship of Barack and Michelle. This is a cultural alternative to Obama.
Keith: Condescension toward Obama and the other Dems. Is that the right tone?
Chris: It's a response as if she were playing defense, as Obama did in his speech. Very appealing presentation, people will like her.

Obama is to Palin, like Palin to McCain.
She is a better speaker than Obama?? Now THAT'S delusional or else, you don't know what a good speaker is.
However, there is more than just speaking.
Notice how they suggest that John McCain has written great legislation? What?? What has he written? I know he tried to take credit for Jim Webb's Veterans bill that he originally voted against.
AND, how come Republicans never mention:

Sending 10 billion a month to Iraq, a fundamentalist Muslim country
The list of scandals is endless. Actually, I don't believe there has been a more scandalous candidate since George W. Bush AND I believe he even tops Bush.
So, I know you are against Obama, but what could you possibly see in McCain? Please, let us know. And none of those "he's brave" or some such idiocy. Let us know real proposals. And please, no "drill offshore" unless you know where he is going to drill. What has McCain actually, in concrete terms, offered? Foreign, domestic, doesn't matter. Just "SOMETHING".
