We are still in St. Paul at the Republican National Convention. Things are picking up today-- there are actual people walking around! Yes, so darn exciting. Our big celebrity sighting today? Jon Voight.
On today's show Rachel will be talking to Libertarian presidential candidate and former Republican congressman Bob Barr! Rachel is so jealous that he's been to the Ron Paul convention. Maybe he'll sneak us in? Fingers crossed.
And then Rachel welcomes Minneapolis Mayor R.T. Rybak back to the show.

However briefly, sadly. :( I would have loved to hear him and Ron Paul talking w/Rachel for a good long time.
I'm not a big Barr fan, myself - even if I DID used to belong to the Libertarian Party, Barr doesn't seem quite pro-individual rights enough for my taste. But that's me - your mileage may vary.... :D
