Legit Question by Palin.....
...because a VP's duties are largely defined by what the president lets them do.....
If you wanna go back in history...Trumans VP role was basically sitting around with his thumb up his bum because FDR included him in NOTHING.....guy had to get a crash course when FDR kicked the bucket because he hadn't let truman in on basically anything.
Compare that with Cheney's role and the V.P job description is not set in stone.....
