good show
I'm glad Clout spent time on vegetarian topics today, and I wish more media would.
I looked at the Zen Burger website, and it looks delicious. I wish there was one near me (Oregon).
I think the airy-fairy talk is interesting. There is science to back up the notion of an animal's mental state at the time of death having an effect on the person who eats it. I heard salmon who struggle a lot when they are being caught have a poorer quality meat than those caught alive with gentle sorting methods like fishwheels, due to the body chemistry changes from surging adrenaline, so much so that commercial river fishermen consider that when deciding what gear to use.
