Why else would everybody be watching the shiny AK-47 slung across BHO's wife's back, irrational off shore drilling leases, black bootstrap single parent welfare queens and Madonna's BASEBALL fetish?

What does Dodd's plan mean? It means that congress oversight authority regarding appropriations of US TREASURY DEBT having been transferred to PRIVATE BANGERS will no longer be an open secret, but legislated into "LAW." Where's SPITZER? Ask him.
