Rick Tuttle?
David's phone guest in the first hour jogged my memory a bit - was this Rick Tuttle (City Controller of LA for some years) also a 1960s "political prankster?" I may be thinking of someone else, and I don' t find any internet references but something is connecting in my memory.
(not that a good political prankster is a necessarily bad thing - just wondering about his history...)
on TRFTWH, less of the bumper music on the podcast would be nice! It is a very tiresome theme.
