WV likes Obama 30x more than McCain
If Obama gets 30% of the vote tonight he'll have gotten 30x more support than John McCain did (he got a solid 1% of the vote in WV).
So, since primaries are supposed to be 100% predictive of the general election (per the Hillary camp...in certain states), does this mean that WV is 30x more likely to vote for Obama in the General?
