The time as come for a CLOUTFORCE designated transcriber, or volunteer rotation, to do the accessible / CC thing for deaf users and those who use foreign language translation engines to read radio programs. (Wouldn't be nice if the NSA just gave us on-line access to their archives. I mean, we're already paying for it, right?)
Although I can personally play the audio at 160-210% tempo to digest the program in half the time, like Olbermann speed, I can read at 3x+. So, yes it's good for me but think of all the new CLOUTSTERS you can pick up by being challenged sensitive.
Damn I hate being PC. As Katrina would say, it's so RETRO.
