News:
Public health advocates are desperately trying to raise funds to save 1-800-SUICIDE, the nation’s best-known suicide hotline, scheduled to be shut down at midnight tonight. The federal agency that funds the hotline says it decided to cut off its support; spokespeople for the hotline say that any government replacement can’t—or won’t—guarantee callers’ confidentiality, and that the government has owed them $266,00 for more than 2 years. Once the hotline goes dark, federal health officials hope to direct callers to their own replacement line, which will give them access to callers’ phone data. More information can be found at www.save1800suicide.org.
No Substance. . .
and all personal attack. That about sums it up for you, Jim.
The Iraq War is costing $100,000/minute. The Bush Administration owes the suicide hotline $260,000 over two years.
Where do you stand, Jim ????
And btw, I'm an Appalachian American deep in the Blue Ridge. I wear my NASCAR lovin' Redneck Hillbilliness proudly. NASCAR is a multi-billion dollar business in our state. A little hint, Jim-Bob - those front tire changers on sunday make over $100,000/year working part time.
And the lack of substance from those like you is appalling. Provide us ONE well thought out post you have made backed up with research (i.e., a LINK or two) that has contributed to the dialogue on this blog. Your 'spin' won't 'win' this Fall. America is sick and tired of you, Jim.
It's all about the namecalling and attack with you, Jimbo. No substance and 'buzzword' attacks - "...sums up the entirity of YOUR ideology..."
